For the first four years we were in business, starting around October and finishing around February to March was always a very scary time. Very limited work and really working hard just to stay even keel. I remember doing installs the day after Christmas, the day after Thanksgiving — you take every job you can because you don’t know how many you’re gonna get. This past winter was the first winter we went through with advertising, and we were slammed. This past winter was the best winter we’ve ever had in our company, hands down.
